Terms of Use
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Acceptance
By downloading or using Mirror, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Mirror.
The service
Mirror is a personal money-awareness app for iPhone. It helps you record and reflect on your spending. Mirror provides financial awareness, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Mirror offers an auto-renewing subscription with an optional free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
Your content
The entries you create are yours. They are stored on your device and synced through your own iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and for the accuracy of what you record.
Disclaimers
Mirror is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any insight it surfaces is suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirror and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Apple App Store terms
Mirror is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these terms. This agreement is between you and the operator of Mirror only, and not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty will be our responsibility. We — not Apple — are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, we — not Apple — will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
